Ecclesiatical Projects

We carry out a considerable amount of work for Churches. Team members are approved architects for the Dioceses of Southwell, Lincoln, Leicester, Derby, Sheffield and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nottingham. We also carry out work for the United Reformed Church, and for the Churches Conservation Trust.

Our work for Churches and Church Groups is varied and includes:

+ Quinquennial Surveys

+ Projects for re-ordering

+ Projects for extensions and new churches

+ New church halls, meeting rooms and other facilities

+ Assisting with Faculty Applications

+ Producing specifications for repair works, and administering the works contracts

+ Assisting with grant and funding applications

Our involvement with Churches is a particularly rewarding part of our work. We operate a special company for church projects which is non-VAT registered, allowing us to avoid having to charge VAT on our fees.
