Project Management

While in recent times Project Management has been regarded as a separate discipline, yet it is the role traditionally fulfilled by the Architect.

We act as the lead consultant. As your main consultant, knowing your needs, and understanding both the process of construction and the value of good design, we are best placed to manage other consultants and the progress of the project.

+ Co-ordinating other Consultants (Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor etc.)

+ Advising on Procurement Methods
